Coventry

Coventry is a large city located in the south midlands of England, home to many nationally recognised organisations. With a professional football team, many nationally renowned businesses and a strong university, Coventry has a lot to offer. This has meant a rejuvenated town in terms of business investment and employee prospects, then in turn a buoyant property market.

In nearby proximity to Warwick, Coventry is the home to many national employers such as JLR (Jaguar Land Rover), E. ON, Aston Martin, Severn Trent, Peugeot Citroën, Rolls-Royce, IBM, the Tata Group and BMW giving it is strong industrial client market. The leisure market is also strong with visiting Coventry football fans, along with University hosting a diverse student base.

Leicester

Leicester is one of the largest cities in the midlands. It had an aggressive growth target in terms of new houses provided over recent decades, jobs created and economic aspects in the area. As a result, companies, employees and investors all have fantastic prospects in Leicester.

Leicester is also the home of many national companies including Barrett Homes, Next, Aggregate Industries, Dunelm, Caterpillar and Global Payments being located in Leicester. Peterborough

Peterborough is a historical market town in the South East of England with fantastic access across the region. Under 40 minutes to London the train, 30 minutes to London Luton International Airport, north and south via the M1, to Milton Keynes and Cambridge via the A421 make this a hub for many logistics companies. As a result, the property market is strong and relatively stable in comparison to other areas of the country.

Whilst Peterborough doesn’t have many corporate HQs, it does have many subsidiaries of large companies (Ventra Plastics Siemens Milltronics, Pepsico, AON and Rolls-Royce to name a few). It also acts as a hub for many, including warehouse and distribution for for many national retailers.

Birmingham

Located in the centre of the country with the alias “the second city” Birmingham is the second largest populated city in England after London. This had lead to growth in all aspects including employment, tourism, investment, business attraction and property investment.
